The Transformation: Living from Aligned Choice, Not Outdated Habit
Most of how we navigate our days, how we react to a demanding boss, how we handle a toddler’s tantrum, or how we treat ourselves after a mistake, is us running on an outdated defence system. These are the subconscious habits and stress responses that were designed to keep us safe, but now keep us stuck.

The "Work-Self" stays at work: You close your laptop and actually arrive home. Your nervous system shifts out of "producer mode" and into "connection mode" effortlessly.
Boundaries feel as easy breathing: Instead of a terrifying confrontation, saying "no" becomes a neutral, grounded act of self-respect. You no longer leak energy to things that don't matter.

The Work: Updating Your Internal Operating System
I provide a coaching space rooted in unconditional compassion and curiosity. This is a shame-free zone designed to help you look at your "maladaptive" behaviours and beliefs with curiosity rather than judgment and shame.
We don't just talk about change; we create the biological and psychological conditions for it to happen. Together, we:
Diffuse the Power of the Past: We identify the "limiting beliefs" and old survival strategies that are currently hijacking your nervous system. We see them, acknowledge them for their service, and gently take the wheel back by allowing you to be guided by the values, beliefs and behaviours that are aligned with who you are today.
Map Your Triggers: You will learn to recognise the subtle "cravings" and “cues” for old stress cycles before they take over, giving you a window of time to choose a new path forwards.
Rewire for Resilience: Through somatic awarness, we teach your body that it is safe to be confident, safe to be seen, and safe to rest.
The Methodology: Sustainable Rewiring
Because true behavioral change is a physiological process, we don't rush. We move at the speed of your nervous system to ensure the "updates" actually take hold.
Phase 1: Stabilisation (Months 1–3) Weekly 60 minute Deep Dives, we meet weekly to move you out of "reactivity mode." This is where you cultivate embodied self-awareness, learning to identify old patterns, different states of nervous system activation, limiting beliefs and implementing different self-regulation and mindset tools. This is the time where you build somatic awareness and internal safety. This is when you are flexing the new tools and seeing what is working and what needs to change.
Phase 2: The Integration Bridge (Months 4–9+) weekly to Bi-Weekly Support. This is the most critical phase. As you begin to implement new boundaries and behaviors, your system will want to snap back to old patterns. We shift to bi-weekly sessions to support the integration of your new way of being, ensuring your changes are durable and sustainable for the long haul.
Why 3 Months Isn't Enough
Most coaching programmes end just as the real work begins. I offer a long-term partnership because sustainable behaviour change takes 9-12 months. We stay together through the seasons of your life; the holiday stress, the work cycles, the family shifts, so that your new tools become your new navigation system that increases the quality of your life and builds your resilience.
The Partnership Includes:
Initial Capacity Audit: A deep-dive 60-90-minute session to map your current stressors, boundary leaks, and nervous system baseline.
Weekly Intensive 60 minute Coaching sessions(First 3 Months): Rapid stabilisation and somatic education to get you feeling empowered, self aware and capable. These sessions are organic in that depending on what is alive for you will inform the sessions, but during the first 3 months I am sharing different interventions and resources which gives it a bit more structure.We stabilize your system, map your triggers, and begin the deep work of diffusing old patterns. This is the "installation" phase of your new Operating System (Whatsapp and email support during office hours and a write up of each session.) (I work with my clients for a minimum of 3 months)
Weekly to Bi-Weekly 60 minute Coaching Sessions (Months 4-6+ Continue integrating the changes from months 1-3 and dive deeper into themes of; conflict resolution, intimacy, managing ADHD behaviour and more): These sessions are based on what is coming up for you each week and gives you the time to go more deeply into different areas: intimacy, communication, boundaries, self-regulation, conflict resolution etc - interventions will be shared, when necessary but these sessions are more organic in nature. As you navigate the "messy middle," I am by your side to help you stay curious when you stumble and to reinforce your new habits until they become your second nature.
Private Voice/Text Support: Real-time access to me via email and whatsapp for those moments when you’re about to over-commit or collapse into old habits.
