THE CURRICULUM: Your 5-Month Journey to Emotional Agility & Resilience
The program is structured into 10 modules, releasing content bi-weekly, moving you through three core phases:
Phase 1: Awareness & Assessment (Modules 1-2)
Cartography - creating your map: Identifying your current emotional "operating system," locating energy drains, limiting beliefs and behaviours, set your non-negotiable foundation.
Key Action: You will pinpoint your biggest energy leaks and deep-dive into the importance of breathwork and self-care as essential tools for nervous system regulation. Begin to create your new map, your new navigation system.
Phase 2: Rewiring & Release (Modules 3-5)
Focus: Engaging with, challenging and releasing historic, outdated behavioral patterns and limiting beliefs that are holding you back.
