These are digital self-care and resilience practice programmes. Designed to give you access to the tools to take care of yourself and navigate life and it’s uncertainties feeling more confident, connected and in control, enabling you to be showing up and making decisions from a place of clarity, as you are living in alignment with your core beliefs and values.

This is a full coaching programme with added elements of breath techniques, movement videos, journalling questions, positive psychology and more. All have been included to support you in living your best life, with confidence and connection. By gaining awareness of who we are, what we need, what we want and where we want to be in life, we become aware of the choices that we have, to make it a reality. When we take action to realise our dreams we build our self-confidence for life.

As I have a background in remedial Pilates my movement videos are packed with CORRECT FORM cues. So throughout the workout and yoga flows, you are really learning how to exercise safely and functionally. You get fit, you achieve your goals but most importantly you learn how to do it without injury so you can exercise with or without the videos in the future!

Life assessment, Goal setting, Vision creating, Positive Psychology, Gratitude Practice, Journalling exercises, Breath work, Nutritional Information, Body positivity, Self-awareness, Self-care, Self-confidence, Boundaries, Values, Strength

18x warm up mobility videos ( 5 minutes)

18x strength, conditioning, primal, follow along circuits videos (15-20 minutes)

18x cool down mobility flow videos (5 minutes)

9x restorative, mobility yoga flows (30-40 minutes)

Form and clinic videos for specific exercises

Life assessment, mindset, vision, goals - (different exercises shared than the big course ) core beliefs and movement awareness through self enquiry journalling

AND

8x warm up mobility videos (2-4 minutes)

8x Bodyweight , strength/conditioning, primal, follow along circuits videos (10 minutes)

8x cool down mobility flow videos (2-4 minutes)

4x restorative, mobility yoga flows (10 minutes)
