Every woman has a right to feel connected to her intuition, to trust in her capacity to make the right decisions for herself, her baby and her family. Growing up, we don't necessarily get the learning that we need to feel confident in ourselves, to know how to live authentically and we don't understand the way our bodie’s work to grow a human and recover from birth.

As you well know, it’s not just a physical experience, everything about how you see yourself and the way the world works, changes when you have a baby and no book can exactly prepare you for your individual experience of birth and parenthood. I care about women having the necessary tools to navigate this chapter with confidence in themselves and with the ability to navigate this journey feeling empowered, prepared and not afraid.
