This is a 3-6 Month Life Coaching and Movement Programme
With less contact than Fitness and Flow as you are adding into or adjusting an existing healthy lifestyle that needs some tweaking and maintenance.
We have one body for the rest of our lives and it can be easy to lose interest and motivation to our movement practice, and diet.
You might have had a daily routine and self-care practice that has sustained your current fitness levels and got you through difficult chapters and you now might be seeking something to reignite your interest and motivation in your relationship with your body and within inner dialogue.
This will help you go to the next level of living. Integrate everything you gained from:
- Bi-weekly personal training sessions
- Bi-weekly 1 hour life coaching
- 1 x Bespoke video home workout
- Goal Setting, vision building, life assessment and review as you go
- Bespoke 3-6 month progressive programme
- 1 x monthly Nutrition review
If we keep thinking the same thoughts and doing the same things, it stands to reason that one would continue to think the same thoughts, feel the same way about themselves and the world and to do the same things.
This programme is designed to meet you where you are and inspire a new vibrancy and excitement to your life and health. It’ll be a chance to review what has been working and what is holding you back.
