- I will work with you 1:1, live over zoom so that you can be in the comfort of your own home for 90 minutes
- We will cover topics and tools that meet your health, life and wellbeing needs today and that support you to achieve your future goals. Sharing real-life tools, exercises and processes that are easy to integrate and support your lifestyle and behavioural change.
- I will share nutritional information and recipes to support your mental and physical health, insightful questions, journalling and other self-care practices - (depending on your needs) that will form your Mindset Mastery toolkit
- The sessions can be a fusion of life coaching and personal training/breathwork, guided mediation and nutritional advice.
- You will leave the session energised, focused and you will feel supported and more confident in your capacity to navigate times of stress
